Review of Melbourne Optical Co Ltd

I have been coming to this place since I was a kid. Yet the last set of lenses that they retrofitted onto the frame that they sold me was the most scratch-able set that I had ever worn in my entire life, and these were already anti-scratch lenses, actually the fanciest lenses that they carry sans transition (i.e. color change). When I confronted them with my scratched-up lenses, the staff merely said that there ARE even more anti-scratch lenses available that would have cost me an extra 30%. Funny thing was that they never mentioned this during my purchase, so they just hid this from me cos' I looked so poor that I didn't deserve better lenses? Actually, I spoke to my relatives and they have long abandoned this shop too for the exact reason - the inferior and sub par lenses that they utilize. I want to keep going to this place, but I can't any more. They lost my business forever. They offered no resolution to rectify the problem either.
