Question for Wayford Technology Ltd

I purchased a LEMFO fitness tracker for my daughter for Christmas from Amazon. It only holds a charge for less than 48 hours. She loves everything about the fitness tracker except that. I contacted Amazon and they said there was nothing they could do for me and to try to contact you directly. If there is anything you can do to help me ,I would be so appreciative
