Question for B O T Lease (HK) Co Ltd

Hello I financed a car through BOT Lease. A M.Benz E250 Couple FL (C207). Agreement reference is N********-00. I need a copy of the original CERT of Insurance as I have changed my license plate number from UN9536 to JY730 and need to notify my insurance company of the changes and they require this document.
