Question for NTA Travel (HK) Co Ltd

I want to buy JR pass for 2 people. I'm actually travelling in Philippines and will be in HK between 15th and 17th june.
How can i order my pass through your agency? How long in advance do I have to order it? How to pay it? Is it possible to pick it up at the agency in HK?
