Had several issues on my laptop. First time the screen casing broke and he somehow found a replacement for me (it was rare in HK it seems). 2nd time I went in for upgrades and the pricing was very reasonable. 3rd time my graphics card died and despite getting his team to find ways to save it for over a week, we eventually gave up, but he didn't charge me a thing after all of it.
Owner is very friendly and helpful. You won't regret stopping by.
