The Management Team is comprised of experienced professionals with over 40 years of combined Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity, Hedge Fund and Corporate Management experience. The company's equity fund and discretionary accounts have three primary investment focuses: 1. Acquiring controlling stakes in portfolio companies in Asia; 2. Resumption of trading (“White Knight”); and 3. Exploring secondary market trading opportunity.
