The company's manufacturing complex is a fourth floor building with a total area of 10, 000 square meter to provide OEM services in electronic and electrical products. It is well-equipped with facilities such as SMD mounting and reflow, plastic injection molding, bonding, wave soldering, AI, MI and assembly lines. The SMT line is equipped with a new mounter, JUKI KE-2060M which enables the placing for ICs, BGAs, odd-shaped & chip components etc., and a computerised lead-free reflow machine with 7 zones. There is also a computerised lead-free double wavecrest in MI production line and all assembly lines are anti-static equipped with environmental protection design.
