May Art's Steam Laundry Co - Hong Kong

In my first experience I had 4 shirts with permanent soap stains (that’s the best I could describe it); it was on one white shirt, and the 3 other shirts were of different colors too. The store guy’s different explanations for it didn’t make sense so he just pointed at the “no liability” receipt notice. So I was mainly asking if it happens sometimes and how often (the first/only question I even asked, before he wanted to play the blame game with me), because I was ready to try it one more time anyways. He refused me. Luckily I didn’t even bother expecting some sort of refund, just surprised at the refusal. He seems to have a very short fuse for foreigners because I never raised my voice, haggled, or got too upset. So there’s your two warnings: becareful with ruining a few of your clothes, and, upsetting the service.
(2 stars for washing fast, and having more hours open than other places)
