Oi Man Seafood Rest - Hong Kong, Hong Kong

We had a wonderful meal in this restaurant, which is located in a market full of seafood stalls and restaurants. We chose this one because it was small and had lots of live sea food to choose from in tanks outside. We chose shrimps, two huge shrimp-like things, and a medium size fish. We had no idea what the last 2 were, and the staff (owners?) didn't speak English. But everything was deliciously cooked, with lots of ginger and garlic, and they also served us a fish soup. Pity it would be such a long way to go back (from the UK).
