This is the most pathetic hair salon i hv ever tiried in hk. The staff doesnt knw english..its hard time communicating to let them know ur requirements.I didnt understant if they were really nt able to get me or simply pretending ! ..+ they dont have a booklet of services that they provide and rate card..I wonder how easy often they might have fooled customer ( non cantonese speaking) by charging then more than the services they give. I am sayiing this because the receipt that they gave me for the serices had diffrent charge than what i was told before. I had to get the mall service center help to sort out the issue. + staff reacted very rudely whn i asked an explanation. They charged me 118! for hair cut , whn the haircut banner in front of the shop was 58 hkd! and charged the hair serum for 60 hkd whn actually its was supposed to be 30 hkd + they didnt hav this charge rate stored in the computer system so that the customer sees it in the printed recepeit. They are real cheats.
