Sentosa Spa Ltd - Hong Kong, Hong Kong

Sentosa Spa has apparently been bought over by a company named Deluxe. No one in the new mgt informed me of this and it is only when I arrived there did I find out that products have changed, the process of performing facials have changed. Found out that they have a branch in Causeway Bay and requested for a transfer of package since it is closer to where I work plus I am pregnant. (It is very inconvenient to hail a cab at night from High St!!!). I have been asking to speak to the manager in charge about this request but no one dares to pass me through to her. It is as though she is afraid to speak to humans?! I feel very cheated and would not recommend anyone to sign up with them.
